Purpose of the Student Tech Team
THE GOAL
The primary goal of the Student Tech Team is to foster the natural technical skills of our students and provide an opportunity to use those skills in service to their classmates in all grade levels.
WHO ARE OUR THE STUDENT TECH TEAM MEMBERS?
The Student Tech Team will be comprised of a selection of 3rd-5th grade students who will be trained to provide technical support in their classrooms. Ideally, we will identify 2-3 students from each classroom so that students can work together as a team to provide technical support within their classrooms.

The Tech Team Committee Members will provide training and on-going support and supervision to the Student Tech Team members as the students provide technical support to teachers and students in the school.
Examples of support that may be provided by the Student Tech Team members are:

Applicants also will need to write and submit a two paragraph explanation of why they will be a good Tech Team member and why it’s important to use their skills and talents to support their community.
Team members will be selected by the Tech Team Committee Members and approved by the principal of Griffin Elementary
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I'M SELECTED FOR THE STUDENT TECH TEAM?
